This petition of Yarrabilba residents and supporters draws to the attention of the Minister the growing need for a new High School in Yarrabilba to accommodate for high growth projections across the region over the next decade.
Following this year's earlier success in bringing forward the delivery of the Yarrabilba State School, we believe that it is important to advance the delivery of the Yarrabilba State High School to provide children growing up in this region access to local education opportunities and relieve growing pressure on surrounding schools that currently service the Yarrabilba area.
Your petitioners therefore request the State Government builds a State High School in Yarrabilba.
