Hello, I'm 42 years old and married to Jacki. Together we have three children Jack (7), Caitlin (5) and  Lucy (3).

I grew up in the south of Brisbane and have lived and worked in Logan. After high school I completed a BA and a Graduate Diploma of Education at Griffith University and I’m a registered High School teacher of English and History. I’ve worked in Queensland Schools and also worked as an exchange teacher of English at a Junior High School in Japan. I’m passionate about making our communities better and I previously worked for the Labor Party encouraging people to get more involved in making Queensland a better place to live. I'm currently completing a PHD in public policy and tutoring students at Griffith University.

With the Newman LNP Government cutting our basic services from midwives to school funding to public transport we need some to stand up and be on our side.

I'll fight for our local services and stand up for Logan.
