The independent Queensland Redistribution Commission has recently finished its task of redrawing the boundaries of Queensland's 93 electoral districts.
As part of this redistribution, the areas represented by the State Seat of Logan have changed. Some voters may find themselves in a different electorate then one they have previously voted in for Queensland State elections.
For the next election, the residents of the following suburbs will be voting in the Electoral District of Logan:

- Park Ridge South
- Munruben
- Chambers Flat
- Belivah
- North Maclean
- Stockleigh
- Logan Village
- Wolffdene
- South Maclean
- Yarrabilba
- Cedar Creek
- Jimboomba
- Tamborine
- Karibah
